Staff Training & Experience

Our team is highly trained and dedicated to the safety and development of every member. All staff undergo extensive training.

In addition, all employees are background checked through the proper channels for peace of mind and compliance. Our leadership team brings over 50 years of combined experience working in the DDD (Division of Developmental Disabilities) community, ensuring a program built on compassion, expertise, and quality care.

I love coming here every day! My favorite part is when we go on outings, like when we went to peter piper pizza last month – that was so much fun! And music class is the best; I get to play with different instruments. Sometimes we play the drums. Everyone here is so nice to me. Transportation Services (TRA)

Careloft offers transportation services to provide our members with a safe and convenient commute to and from the DTA.

Group Supported Employment (GSE)

Group supported employment offers our members the opportunity to work in a supervised environment. Members of our group supported employment will learn the necessary skills needed to find their independence and self-pride with the support of our staff along the way. 

Adult Day Program (DTA)

Our DTA program provides a safe environment for our members to strive. We aim to provide our members with a fun activity-based program where our members can work on their personal skill development while being able to enjoy a social setting with their peers around them. Located in Phoenix, Careloft offers a variety of activities both on-site and in the community. Some activities include; arts and crafts, bowling, zoo visits, museums, shopping around the many malls/stores nearby, etc.
